PAYMENT CONDITIONS
On the same day of booking.

CANCELLATION FEES
39 to 31 days before arrival : 20% of tour price
30 to 22 days before arrival : 50% of a.m. price
21 to 14 days before arrival : 80% of a.m. price
Less than 14 days days before arrival : 100 % of a.m. price

For canceling travel arrangements, please, e-mail us. The reception of cancellation will be confirmed within 24 hours from the moment your message is received, if not on the week-end or holiday. Messages received on week-ends or holidays are processed the first working day after.

Please, note if you have received no confirmation within this term it means we have not received your message. When making cancellations, please, make sure the information is received.

Please note: Myanmar Travel Ltd. is not liable for any cancellation processing or refunds if cancellation notices are not forwarded directly to Myanmar Travel Ltd.

In case the hotels you request is not available (the 3 alternatives accommodation options) we offer alternative accommodation options in the similar price and quality range. In this case your approval is necessary for proceeding with the booking as the price might change.

LIABILITY
Myanmar Travel Ltd. acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Participation in our promotional trips implies the tourist’s agreement to the above.

No rain cheques or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or
cancelled activities. Meals not taken are not refundable.

Myanmar Travel Ltd. is responsible for completing bookings in accurate and timely manner and guarantees the delivery of services and costs according paid amounts.

Myanmar Travel Ltd. has no control over standards or quality of services provided by hotels and transport agents as well as flight or other transportation cancellations or delays.

It is the client's responsibility to reach in time the hotels, airports, railway/bus stations, seaports for booked voyages.

Myanmar Travel Ltd. is not responsible for delivery service delays or non-deliveries and any consequences it might result in. Myanmar Travel Ltd.'s liability is limited by mail services’ liabilities, their service terms and conditions.

We do our best to provide accurate information on hotels and transport amenities and quality. If an issue arises when staying at a hotel and it cannot be resolved with the hotel directly, please, contact us BEFORE you check out from the hotel. We will do our best to find the solution with the service provider. Please note that we are not able to affect the situation after the hotel check-out.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

WARRANTY
Myanmar Travel Ltd. is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveller suffers during or in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond Myanmar Travel Ltd.'s control.

DOCUMENTATION
A passport is required, valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Myanmar.

HEALTH ADVISORIES
Presently, no inoculations are required for travel to Myanmar. There are recommended inoculations such as Polio, Hepatitis, Typhoid and Malaria. Altitude may be a concern to some travelers. Please consult your physician for your specific needs.
